As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your expertise will be key to ensuring we not only meet today's needs but are well-positioned for our long-term strategic growth.

Bringing a deep, strategic mindset to talent acquisition, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our engineering, technical, and corporate teams across MN, GA, and beyond. We view recruiting as one of our company's most critical, collaborative, and human efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for influencing our overall talent strategy and developing pipelines that support our innovative projects in industrial automation.

Success Criteria

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, building and maintaining high-level relationships is essential. Your ability to cultivate meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders will set you apart. Your consultative approach, along with your market insights and creative sourcing strategies, will ensure our teams are built to innovate and excel. In this role you'll be recognized for your ability to drive the recruitment process for specialized technical roles and mid to senior level positions, focusing on attracting top-tier talent who align with our company's mission and culture.

As a proven strategic advisor, your partnership with hiring leaders and other stakeholders will provide needed guidance on market trends, talent gaps, and competitive positioning in how you drive full cycle recruitment efforts. Automation and engineering talent is becoming more and more competitive. Staying informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices, and translating those into unique sourcing approaches ensure we remain competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

We believe that continuous improvement goes beyond the four walls of our engineering and manufacturing facilities. Your ability to leverage data analytics and recruitment insights to refine sourcing strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives will set you apart on this fun, dynamic HR team. Being able to balance the technical aspects of recruiting with the human elements will be critical. You understand the value a positive candidate experience while assessing cultural fit alongside technical qualifications and have a sharp eye for identifying both.

Qualifications US Person Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or related field. Relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement. 8+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience Minimum 4 years full lifecycle recruitment experience Center of Excellence experience in managing process, projects and systems requirements to drive standardization. Thorough understanding in labor regulations (federal and state) and EEO compliance Manufacturing and Engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive a variety of recruiting strategies from high volume entry level to complex senior level roles Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
