Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Santiago. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role will focus on attracting top talent to support our growing operations in the Dominican Republic.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure consistency in recruitment practices across the board.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
*Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a contact center or staffing agency.
* Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
*Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
*Experience working with international teams and understanding of different cultural nuances is highly desirable.
