Job Description
RHSC is seeking a Nurse Clinician to join our team in providing treatment services within our community Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program at Afton Place, in Maplewood, MN.

As a Nurse Clinician, you're responsible for providing monitoring and supervision of staff performing medication administration. Other duties include but are not limited to, providing support to the medical policies and procedures of the program, provide medical oversight on the program health services to residents including medication administration, storage and health services, provide staff with training, support and oversight to the policies and procedures to maintain quality of care and compliance, provide care coordination and case management for medication, psychiatric, medical, dental and health needs of residents, provides individual and group services through patient assessment, cares and coordination and group education services. This position plays a vital role in the recovery plan for the resident's treatment and discharge plan and coordinates with resident and treatment team on needs and recommendations.
Work Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm 0.60 FTE(48 hours per 2 week pay period)
Location: Afton Place IRTS residence in Maplewood, MN
Required Qualifications: Education: Completed degree in Nursing & licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
Experience: Must meet qualifications of a Mental Health Practitioner in one way per the Department of Human Services
