We are seeking an experienced project manager / estimator for a rewarding opportunity in the commercial construction industry. Wage: $90K - $110K per year, depending on experience
Hours: 1 st shift, Monday - Friday
Benefits of the project manager / estimator: 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees Dental insurance Paid time off 401K with employer match Competitive benefits package Room for advancement Friendly work environment Duties of the project manager / estimator: Oversee project management and estimating within the commercial construction industry Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, or other CAD/CAM tools Maintain and update project budgets, build specifications, and safety manuals Collaborate with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and governing bodies Complete punch lists and ensure project quality control Manage project costs, bids, and secure necessary permits Assist in business development, presentations, and client communications Prepare and manage shop drawings and schedules Oversee financial responsibilities, including invoices, change orders, and margin assessments Requirements of the project manager / estimator: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the construction industry Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage budgets and ensure project financial accuracy Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and municipalities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: Apply today!
