Department Overview

The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation clinic, located in Roseville, evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy, to treating children who may have difficulties with motor milestones/muscle control and coordination. They provide training to children and their parents/caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment in order to promote independence.

Position Summary

Responsible for the evaluation and provision of physical therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including provider orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff, and student training; provide a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Minnesota state licensure. Temporary Minnesota state licensure accepted if accompanied by proof of passing physical therapy board examination. BLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred.

The posted pay range represents rates for a grouping of multiple jobs within a salary grade. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
