We at M Health Fairview Retail Pharmacy are looking to add a new team member!
In this position you will provide customer service, handle cash register transactions, ensure delivery of medications to patients, merchandise and ensure adequate stock for the over-the-counter area, unpack/verify stock-to-invoices, and help maintain the pharmacy in accurate order.
Location: Fairview Clinics - Eagan
Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
Schedule: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday likely and 1 to 2 Saturdays/month. Schedule may vary/change to meet needs of the department.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Handle cash register transactions and accurately enter sales information into cash registers. Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers. Handle credit card transactions. Assist customers with prescriptions and/or other products. Complete special orders to meet customer needs. Demonstrate ability to respond to customer/co-worker questions or concerns in an appropriate and customer-focused manner. Log customer orders from compounding and specialty pharmacy. Use pharmacy software (EnterpriseRx/EPIC) to search for patients, orders, and prescription fill status. Use pharmacy software (EnterpriseRx) to handle patient profile information. Ensure the accurate medication, supplies and equipment are received by the patient. Deliver items to patients, physicians offices, nursing stations, long term care facilities, and other areas as assigned. Package and mail/UPS/Quicksilver items appropriately. Arrange courier services (Ontime). Schedule timely delivery of items to Ronald McDonald House. Maintain appropriate documentation and logs. Run prescription signature log, discharge logs, inventory log, courier log, mailing log, compounding and specialty order log, daily refrigerator temperature log, RMH logs, and any other pertinent logs. Apply and maintain discharge, clinic, hospital, and long-term care patient accounts. Prepare cash drawer reports daily according to department policies and procedures. Order, receive, price and put stock into inventory. Display products in the store to be visually pleasing. Pull outdated products from shelves. Ensure each product has a POS shelf label. Use pharmacy software to return products to stock and to take out orders for delivery or sale Request addition of new OTC products to POS.
Qualifications:
Education: High School/G.E.D Experience: 0-1 year of retail experience Other: Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in the English language, good attention to detail, ability to problem solve effectively, ability to follow policies and procedures, basic math skills, basic typing skills, time management skills, conflict management skills, knowledge of POS and cash handling skills, triage skills, and excellent communication skills.
