Job Description
This position will serve as the pharmacist-in-charge at a new specialty center building infusion pharmacy. The pharmacy will fall under the supervision of Regions Hospital Pharmacy. The pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day pharmacy services focusing on IV preparation, oversee distribution via several automated dispensing cabinets, and take the lead to meet all regulatory requirements for this pharmacy. This position will primarily be scheduled for weekday day shifts at this time. Weekends, evenings, and holidays are not currently part of the role but that could change if patient care needs shift over time.
Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information to healthcare providers, overseeing the work of direct support personnel, and performing related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Experience with chemotherapy order verification and preparation. Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy rules as well as USP standards. Post-graduate training and/or specialty BPS Board Certification. Licensed preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Additional Information:
This is a union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Woodbury, MN. The full salary range for this position is $71.95-$81.94 per hour, based on experience. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits, which begin on day one of employment.
