We are looking for an experienced event planning professional who excels in the organization, negotiation, and execution of corporate group services, incentive programs, events, and conferences. The role involves overseeing the design and coordination of events, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring all client requirements are met, from conception to post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and design, ensuring seamless execution of programs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services for clients.
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor agreements.
• Lead client consultations to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions for event design.
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, event design, and overall event coordination.
• Experience in sales, marketing, operations, and corporate events.
• Degree in Tourism Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• CMP, DMCP, CSEP, CMS, or any other MICE industry-related certification is a plus.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with remote payment methods and event technology platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client relations and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude under high-stress situations.
