Maintenance And Facilities In San Francisco De Macoris

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Maintenance Personnel to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of our facilities. The main objective is to ensure that all building systems, equipment, and structures are in perfect working order, meeting the safety and quality standards established by the company.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct regular inspections to identify issues or maintenance needs in the facilities.
-Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment.
-Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks, including common areas and gardens.
-Maintain and repair building structures such as walls, floors, and ceilings.
-Ensure the proper functioning of security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras.
-Conduct safety inspections and address any risks or non-compliance with standards.
-Coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by external contractors.
-Manage the inventory of supplies and tools needed for maintenance.
-Keep detailed records of all maintenance tasks performed.

Requirements:

-High school diploma.
-Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing.
-Must own a motorcycle.
-Up-to-date driver's license.
-Proactive.
