This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Assisted Living regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Sanctuary of West St Paul team includes a RN, Director Nursing, Resident Assistants, culinary, housekeeping, activities assistant and more.

This nursing schedules include; 48 hours every two weeks, part-time
Evening shift
Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Required: MN LPN licensure
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred :
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
