Qualifications Must be bilingual. Fluent in Spanish & English Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience and education 1-3 years of human resource related experience Exceptional communication, interpersonal & organizational skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities Ability to handle very sensitive information in a discreet, confidential manner Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
