We are looking for a professional in the field of Systems Engineering or related careers to join our team to provide technical support to our employees, both those working on-site and remotely. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing systems, and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company's technological tools.

Main Responsibilities:

-Resolve technical issues faced by employees, whether in the office or remotely.
-Manage the technology ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective support.
-Filter, install, and manage the company's technological programs.
-Connect equipment to the network and ensure proper configuration.
-Implement access restrictions to websites not appropriate for the work environment.
-Manage the onboarding and offboarding of users, including deactivating accounts of former employees and creating accounts for new hires.
-Configure and manage the phone system extensions.
-Develop and implement process automation within their reach.
-Manage corporate fleet minute plans.
-Manage the company's IT equipment inventory.
-Configure and manage institutional email accounts.

Requirements:

-Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Telematics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
-Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
-Technological skills.
-Communication skills.
-Availability to travel to Santiago for training.
-Intermediate English required.
-No experience required.
