Responsibilities:In this role, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, lead and inspire the Customer Services Agents in the delivery of outstanding destination services, ensuring that the ever-changing customer demands are met and exceeded by effectively supervising the team.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in similar position.Call Center experience is a plus.
