Grow your career as a successful Customer Service Support Agent within Amstar, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, to provide Client Service through phone support and emails to all Amstar clients (internal and external); ensure that clients enjoy their vacations to the fullest and that their vacation meets or exceeds the standards specified in the brochure.

A successful Customer Service Support Agent will:
• Follow up with the Excursion suppliers on all different complaints reported by the Representatives / clients and escalate the situations to a Management and Team Leaders level in case of refunds or compensations to get approval.
• Manage all duties related with the Representatives operations such as desk hours, welcome briefing invitations, entrance to hotels, etc.
• Manage the accommodation in case of charter flight cancellations and prepare the General Flight Delay report for ALGV.

A successful Customer Service Support Agent will have:
• Willingness to work on rotating schedule.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Experience in Call Center is a plus.
• High School Diploma or higher
• Advanced English skills is a must (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
• Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
