As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising the activities of the customer service team and provides direction and guidance in work assignmentsOverseeing the daily operations of the customer service departmentPerforming quality control checks and providing daily coaching and feedback to staffResolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with ordersEnsuring courteous and efficient service is provided to customers and referral sources Handi was rated as a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune the last 8 years and MN Best the last 2 years!
