HealthPartners is looking for a Behavioral Neurologist to join our Neurology team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
As a Behavioral Neurologist, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Neurology as well as subspecialty fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology. Our Neuroscience Division includes specialists in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Spine, PM&R, Pain Medicine, Neurocritical Care and Neuropsychology, who collectively provide care across our specialized centers for Stroke, Parkinson's and Memory & Aging.
Highlights of this position include:
The candidate will join the HealthPartners Center for Memory and Aging, one of the leading centers in cognitive disorders in the Midwest. This position with leadership opportunity will offer time for direct patient care (80%), research (20%), and educational endeavors, including a teaching role with medical students and neurology residents. Collaborative team including neurologists, geriatricians, neuropsychologists, APPs, social workers and care coordinators. Significant basic science and clinical research as well as trials allow integration of patient care and access to cutting edge neuroscience research in collaboration with our HealthPartners Neuroscience research division. We are a collegial, well-established, innovative, and growing Neurology group. In addition to sub-specialty practice, all Neurologists also see general Neurology patients.
