Supporting our first-of-a-kind projects, the Associate Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, and budget of projects that help PAR deliver custom automation and critical handling solutions to our customers. Success Criteria:
You've found the perfect job if high-volume automated assembly and advanced manufacturing is an industry you thrive in. With oversight of project execution, you'll work with a diverse team of engineers (design, manufacturing, controls, software, and more) to coordinate and maximize team utilization. Our projects are often custom, so being able to incorporate historical data from disparate sources is mission critical.
Our customers expect quality, and so do we. As the primary customer contact, your skills in communication, negotiation, and problem resolution will turn frowns upside down and make red into black. Navigating contract compliance, change orders, and delivery, the work you do will bring new opportunities for growth at a global scale.
Lastly, you will take on various project management assignments that will require strong organizational and leadership skills. You will play a key role in continuously improving our processes and execution. Your ability to apply project learnings to our organizational systems will enhance overall project execution, improve the accuracy of future project proposals, and boost productivity in similar subsequent projects.
