We are currently looking for a number of Acquisition Specialists or Land Agents across all US states to support our growth and expansion plans in the Renewables, Energy, Power and Transmission sectors, with particular emphasis on Solar and Wind projects.

People are the heart of every business, and we are looking for individuals that can leverage their entrepreneurial spirit to support our US Land Services Division in all US states. We are looking for Acquisition Specialists or Land Agents with experience who live in the following regions:

Arizona Colorado Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Minnesota Missouri Nevada New Mexico New York Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania Utah Washington Idaho Dakota Nebraska The Role

These consultant positions conduct field work in accordance with applicable laws, standards and regulations, and our own operating principles. The roles Include communicating with clients and LandSolutions workers, Project Coordinators and Managers, while ensuring timelines are met and field files are accurate.
Responsible for field work as required by Project Manager and client, including land and/or easement acquisition in the ROW, energy and other renewable industries Responsible for communicating with landowners, the LandSolutions team, and project stakeholders Assist with office work as required by Team Lead Admin, Project Coordinator and/or management Regular reporting updates to Administrator, other Land Agents, and Project Coordinators and/or Management when required Respond to deadlines, changes in project areas, project scope, and assignment locations Assist with evaluation of new initiatives, procedures, etc. to define opportunity for improvements Place a priority to protect your safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions or omissions Ensure proper use of safety equipment, clothing and devices, and participate in any required training programs Comply with LandSolutions policies and procedures, applicable laws Daily interaction with employees from all other offices within LandSolutions, as well as field personnel Interaction with Project Coordinators, ROW/Negotiation Agents, Land Analysts, and management on a daily basis Interaction with clients by telephone, email and at times, in person Shows initiative with regard to continued self-improvement and education Deliver consistent and high quality products, engagements, and results Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience as a Right of Way or Surface Land Agent in land acquisition in US Title work, renewables, power, transmission experience required Knowledge of applicable acts, guides and regulations in various US States Valid driver's license Working knowledge of surface title and abstracts Daily use of personal phone, computer and vehicle Good working knowledge of Microsoft including Work, Excel, MS Teams, Sharepoint is preferred Ability to travel and stay out of town for long durations, if required Salary is based on experience, minimum $94,000 USD annually
