Eaton’s Power Components Division iscurrently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.Thisposition is based at our Haina facility.
The Senior Financial Analyst become abusiness partner with the Plant Manager, providing accurate financialinformation on Sales, Expenses, Cost savings, Special Analysis, Headcount, etc.Assist the Plant Manager with the forecast projection, identify on time anyspecial situation and make recommendations based on analysis results..
1. Analyzemonthly financial transactions and booking information according to EATONFinancial Policy requirements.
2. AssistController in preparing and monitoring the Finance / Accounting activities inthe areas of:
- Month-endclosing process – Financial review,variance analysis, balanced scorecard preparation.
- Month-endforecast process - report preparation, operational / financial review andvariance analysis.
- Profit Planprocess - report preparation, operational / financial review and varianceanalysis.
- Departmentalbudget reporting and analysis.
- Variousfinancial and non-financial operational performance control measures andanalysis.
- Inventoryaccuracy and the Physical Inventory process.
- Fixed Assetcontrol and maintenance of F.A. system plus CAR preparation / review support.
- BalanceSheet reviews for accuracy, aging and documentation support
- Otherongoing activity or special projects as necessary.
3. Prepare,understand and interpret financial statements; P&L, Balance Sheet, andother financial measures from internal and external customers of the financefunction at local, divisional and corporate levels.
4. Leadsystems implementation and upgrades; making recommendations for processimprovement.
5. Promotean atmosphere of continuous improvement.
6. Establishand maintain internal controls and evaluation of plant systems for conformanceto division and corporate guidelines, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
7. Assessthe development needs of Finance / Accounting personnel and help develop employeesthrough training and motivation.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelordegree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5years of experience in similar position.
- FullBilingual (English/Spanish)
- PC knowledge:Windows, Microsoft Office, AS400, Oracle and Mapics
- Audittechniques and general Accountant Principles.
Preferred (Basic) Qualifications:
- MBA ispreferable.
