Pay: $33-40/hr
Location: Must be local to the state of Minnesota
Description:
This role is focused on providing analytical pharmaceutical support for a range of products to drive revenue growth, enhance laboratory capabilities, and ensure high standards of lab quality compliance. Key duties include conducting feasibility studies, analysis, validation, stability testing, and industry trials, all in accordance with Quality by Design (QbD) standards and regulatory requirements. The position also involves supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for laboratory and operational functions, and assisting in scaling up projects to commercial levels.
The role encompasses the analytical development, optimization, and scaling up of various dosage forms. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical documents such as analytical method development reports, validation protocols, and standard operating procedures, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science
4+ years of industry experience
3+ years of HPLC, GC, FTIR
Experience using chromotography software (Empower 3)
Previous Technical writing experience and ability to present data to internal and external customers
